This cover bears the limited edition EuroPhilex overprinted Valour and Victory miniature sheet featuring Dame Vera Lynn which was only available at the EuroPhilex exhibition. The image of Vera Lynn is framed by a 22ct gold border and the cover is issued in a limited edition of just 100. The sheet is cancelled with a pictorial Dove, London handstamp on the 7th May, the first day of issue. A prestigious cover and the only Benham cover bearing this scarce sheet.
