An evocative issue of eight stamps have been issued marking the 40th anniversary of one of the UK's most watched TV comedies and depict classic scenes and characters complete with quotes in the style of the programme's logo. The eight stamps are issued in four se-tenant pairs - 1st class and £1.70 values.
The BLCS 2500 cover complements the stamps with an image of the famous suitcase from which various items of merchandise - often of doubtful provenance - were sold. The cover is completed by a Deal handstamp.
